“If I had to choose three words to describe this trip, they would be fun, educational, and eye-opening. From this trip, I learned budgeting skills, organizational skills, how to grill meat, as well as about the history, culture, and traditions of Korea.” – Nguyễn Thanh Lâm – Class 9A
Thái Duy Anh shared simply and sincerely: “Probably talking with friends and having a great time together.”
Shaul Khunlint enthusiastically described the trip as: “Fun, exciting, and amazing!”
Phan Ngọc Bảo Trâm had the opportunity for exploration and personal growth:

Summer Study Tour in Singapore:
“Happy, fun, and memorable!” — these were the shared feelings of all SIS students after their study trip to Singapore this summer. The tour was a wonderful combination of friendship, cultural exploration, amazing local cuisine, and unforgettable experiences.
Inspired by lessons about Singapore’s multicultural population, history, religion, and the legacy of the nation’s respected founding leader, the late Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew, student Lê Tôn Bách sweetly shared his dream:
“In the future, I want to become a Singaporean citizen!”
When asked whether he would like to join another study tour in the future, Huỳnh Hữu Phước shared with a bright smile:
“Of course! It’s so fun, and no one would say no to something that makes them happy.”
For Phan Hà Thanh from Class 6A (SIS @ Gamuda Gardens, Hanoi), the best parts of the trip were:
“Discovering new things and different foods, as well as having more time to interact with friends.”
“I learned that we should care more about our environment in order to create a better life and a better world in the future,” shared Lê Phùng Phú Bảo after witnessing Singapore’s clean environment.
Students broadened their horizons, explored new cultures, and built stronger bonds with their classmates. They were thrilled to experience exciting trips to Universal Studios and fascinating discoveries at the Singapore Science Centre. Through the journey, students from Singapore International School developed independence, self-care skills, and a sense of respect not only for their peers but also for different cultures, customs, and traditions.
