❤️️SIS @ Da Nang’s Fourth Annual Anti-Bullying Week was a great success! The students knew that the power of their unity was immeasurable. The theme of this year was Reach Out. Students participated in activities to stop bullying and grow kindness around them. The Student Council helped to organize the special week. They hosted the One Kind Word Booth at recess each day for students and staff to send kind messages. There were hundreds of kind messages sent! 🤗
⭐Each day had a different focus, from made friendship bracelets or affirmation stars, learned a new way to communicate and reach out to others by using sign language, and wore white to show that the SIS @ Da Nang community is united against bullying, etc.
Students also learned about what bullying is, what to do if it happens and ways to stop it. The inspiration of the week lingered on long after the Anti-bullying week was over, and the students were left with a sense of purpose and a newfound determination to make the world a better place. 🌞
