We appreciate your patience, understanding and help to make the Afternoon Pick Up smooth and most importantly, safe for you and your students. We would like to remind parents of the procedure for Pick Up.
- Parents and drivers of Kindergarteners will need to park in the designated parking lot to come in and collect your children. Please do not stop to park at the roundabout but move directly, using the leftmost lane, to the parking area.
- Parents and divers picking up Primary and Secondary students will pull through the roundabout, on the rightmost lane, closest to the curb. Parents can help by writing the name and year level of the children to be picked up and placing it in the car window. This will be especially helpful in the rainy season. Ms. Cate will help to call out student names and students are instructed to walk within the green cones and along the pavement to their car.
- We ask that buses and vans pull up towards the teacher parking lot, along the field to collect students. These bus students will exit the school through the canteen and walk along the side of the school, through the field to their bus. This way buses do not hold up the flow of the roundabout while waiting for many students to board. We strongly advise that students bring a raincoat and/or umbrella for the rainy season for the short walk to the buses.
If you choose to park outside the school grounds and walk your child out, please walk within the green cones and along the pavement. It is not safe to walk directly through the parking lot or roundabout. We need your help to ensure the safety of all.
